  • 30 days to start the return process.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • The refund process takes 10 days.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

It is not possible to return goods after this 30 day period. Our refund policy is subject to the Terms of Service.

Return Details

How It Works:

  • Start Your Return: Reach out to us at info@henswick.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order details and the reason for the return. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
  • Get Approval: Once we approve your return, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Pack the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Ship It Back: Send the item back to us. Remember, return shipping costs are covered by you.
  • Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

Exchanges Made Simple:

If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, just email us at info@henswick.com with your request. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure you get exactly what you want.

Cancellations:


Have you changed your mind or made a mistake and want to cancel your order? No problem! If you want to cancel your order, please email us as after your order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Simply take a photo of the issue and email it to us at info@henswick.com. We’ll promptly send you a replacement or the correct item.
